About the Helix VLT
The Helix VLT page describes the wall-hung condensing boiler with 95% AFUE, a 5:1 turndown ratio, the patented vertical stainless heat exchanger (US Patent No. 10,012,413), built-in primary/secondary piping with a built-in pump, a built-in probe-type LWCO with test feature, 150 psi MAWP, sealed combustion, PVC/CPVC/polypropylene venting approval and cascade/staging to 16 boilers. The page prints capacities of 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 MBH, while the archived VLT brochure (240008986 Rev. 1/15) tabulates six sizes as DKVLT-050/075/100/150/200/299 — including a DKVLT-299 (299/60 MBH input, 273 MBH heating capacity, 239 MBH net AHRI) that the current page copy omits — all at 95.0% AFUE.
