The Versa-Flame is a combined space-heating and domestic-hot-water appliance with a copper nickel/800H heat exchanger, a built-in domestic hot water module with a counter-flow brazed plate exchanger, a flow switch that activates at 0.5 GPM, a thermostatic mixing valve, outdoor reset and a 12-year limited warranty. The LP-377 submittal prints up to 95% thermal efficiency and a 5:1 turndown; LP-378 prints inputs ranging from 130,000 to 199,000 BTU and a 55-gallon water volume.
