The Mod Con is documented on the official page as 'a highly efficient modulating condensing boiler that operates with up to a 98% thermal efficiency rating', constructed with 316L stainless steel and a modulating burner with up to a 5 to 1 turndown ratio. Its printed model table lists three sizes: Mod Con 500 at 100,000-500,000 Btuh and 94% thermal efficiency, Mod Con 700 at 170,000-700,000 Btuh and 98%, and Mod Con 850 at 170,000-850,000 Btuh and 94%. The page states the line has a heating capacity of up to 6,800,000 Btuh across linked units, with a built-in sequencer allowing up to eight boilers to be linked together.
