The Armor WAN brings the condensing Armor platform to a wall-hung cabinet: the WAN-Sub-CA submittal prints three models — WAN125PM at 125,000 BTU/hr input with 145 GPH recovery at a 100°F rise, WAN200PM at 199,000 BTU/hr with 232 GPH, and WAN201PM at 201,000 BTU/hr with 232 GPH. The submittal marks WAN125PM and WAN200PM as Canada-only models and WAN201PM as the AHRI-certified model, and all three carry an AHRI-certified 96% thermal efficiency with a modulating burner at 5:1 turndown.
The wall-mount design uses a stainless steel, all-welded gasketless heat exchanger at 160 psi working pressure with zero clearance to combustible material, a vertical or horizontal direct-vent arrangement up to 100 equivalent feet in PVC, CPVC, polypropylene or stainless steel, and a PVC/CPVC sidewall vent termination. The SMART SYSTEM control provides a multi-color graphic LCD, building recirculation loop pump control and time clock; the submittal prints 1/2" gas connections, 1"-1-1/4" water connections, 3" air and vent sizes and ship weights of 145-177 lb, and the I&O manual (Rev AB) covers the 125-201 range.
