Utica Boilers UB95M-200

The UB95M-200 is Utica's gas-fired modulating condensing boiler, documented on its product page at 92.5% AFUE and positioned for high-efficiency replacement jobs, new homes, radiant heating and domestic hot water applications. Its cost-saving features as printed include infinitely modulating capacity from 80 to 200 MBH, outdoor temperature reset and domestic hot water priority. Intake and flue gases can be piped with readily available 3" PVC to 100 ft, and the contractor has the option of left, right or rear exit for return plumbing and gas piping.

The page describes a cast-aluminium monoblock heat exchanger with low pressure drop, an integrated modulating boiler control with high limit and probe-type low water cut-off, a direct spark igniter, a modulating burner with automatic gas valve and blower, a swing-out control panel, a standard 115 V convenience outlet, piping connections on the rear and top for close-quarters multiple-boiler installations, and an integral condensate trap requiring no field assembly. It runs on natural gas or propane and vents in CPVC and PVC pipe.

Boilers.ca therefore records the line as discontinued; the task name 'UB95M' refers to the UB95M-200. Service belongs with a licensed contractor against the archived documentation for the specific unit.
