Bryan's submittals print identical physical rows for both models — same dimensions, water volume, shipping weight and connection sizes — while input rises from 1,500,000 to 1,999,000 BTU/hr and output from 1,425,000 to 1,899,000 BTU/hr.
Because the envelope is shared, the 2000 is the direct capacity upgrade when a plant planned around the 1500 needs more headroom. Boiler horsepower rises from 43 to 57 and the flow range from 34–143 gpm to 45–190 gpm at the same ΔT span.
Both remain natural-gas-only with 5:1 turndown, ASME Section IV 160 PSIG / 210°F ratings, field-replaceable stainless water tubes, and the ten-year pressure vessel plus lifetime thermal shock warranty.
