What actually separates them

Both are wall-hung combis of the DCC/DCB AI condensing family at 95% AFUE (per the official sell sheet), sharing the 30" x 17-3/4" cabinet with 13-9/16" depth and a 103 lb weight, 1 gallon water content, 3/4" system supply/return (G straight thread) and 1/2" copper-sweat DHW connections.

The sell sheet prints CH input of 16.6-93.5 MBH on the DCC-115 against 22-125 MBH on the DCC-150, with heating capacity of 85.4 versus 113 MBH and net water ratings of 74 versus 98 MBH. On the DHW side, the DCC-150's 153 MBH maximum (22 minimum) lifts flow from 2.5 to 3.5 GPM at a 70 °F rise.

The DCC-115 fires down to 16.6 MBH in both CH and DHW modes against the DCC-150's 22 MBH floor, which matters for mild-weather modulation; but both models sit on pages that print '(While supplies last)' with zero current documents, so any selection guidance applies to service or parts of already-installed units, not new purchases.
