The EP-150 prints 15,000-150,000 BTU/hr at 95% AFUE and 138 MBH heating capacity; the EP-220 prints 22,000-220,000 at 95% and 204 MBH in LP-550 Table 4.
The EP-220 moves to a 1" NPTF gas inlet (from 3/4") and its vent allowance becomes 4" (200 ft) or 6" (275 ft), so the install needs to accommodate the larger pipe classes.
Shipping weight rises from 126 to 164 lb and water content from 2.0 to 2.6 gal; the EP-220's higher minimum fire (22,000 vs 15,000 BTU/hr) means it modulates on a higher floor in mild weather.

The HTP EP-220 is the 220 MBH class model of the retired Elite Premier low-mass condensing boiler line: 22,000 to 220,000 BTU/hr input, 95% printed AFUE, 204 MBH heating capacity and a 164 lb shipping weight, recorded from the official retired Elite Premier table.
Input ceiling rises to 220,000 BTU/hr (204 MBH capacity), the gas inlet becomes 1" NPTF and venting moves to 4"/6" pipe — at the same 95% printed AFUE.
LP-558 prints a 1" gas supply for the 220 and larger models against 3/4" for the 80/110/150.
