Both are heating-only Noble boilers at 95.0% AFUE with 1" sweat connections and a 1/2" gas connection, sold as Epic in Canada on Lochinvar's residential page and paired with an indirect tank for domestic hot water.
The 150 exists for homes whose design-day load crosses 110 MBH: DOE capacity rises from 102 to 139 MBH and the AHRI net rating from 89 to 121 MBH. Its minimum fire steps from 11 to 15 MBH, a modest cost for the extra ceiling.
Venting is where the sizes part: the 110 allows 2" pipe to 100 equivalent feet while the 150's 2" allowance drops to 60; 3" stays at 100 on both. Long runs on the 150 are best planned in 3".

The NKB110 — 100 equivalent feet in 2" pipe. The NKB150 drops to 60 equivalent feet in 2", with 3" venting at 100 feet on both.
