What actually separates them

Both combis are wall-hung TRX units with integrated DHW, the same 1" male sweat CH connections with adapters, 3/4" DHW connections and identical 2" (100 ft) and 3" (150 ft) venting. The 110C heats at 11.2 to 106 MBH and the 150C at 13.2 to 120 MBH.

NTI rates continuous DHW at 2.7 GPM for the 110C and 3.5 GPM for the 150C at a 77°F rise — the 150C adds roughly 30% more hot-water headroom for 1.8 lb of extra weight. The efficiency trade is real: the 110C is rated 95.5% AFUE and the 150C 95%.
