About the Buderus G515 (Logano G515)

The G515 is a Buderus cast-iron sectional boiler with Thermostream return-water mixing, built for forced-draft oil, gas or combination burners. The technical data table lists six sizes by boiler capacity - 240, 295, 350, 400, 455 and 510 - with 7 to 12 sections, nominal output from 685.8-818.9 MBH (240) up to 1,555.9-1,740.2 MBH (510), combustion output from 735.7-886.1 to 1,665.8-1,869.2 MBH, net weights of 2,800 to 4,542 lb and water contents of 68.2 to 115.7 US gallons. Maximum permissible supply temperature is 248 °F and maximum operating pressure 87 psi.

The G515 is discontinued: its installation/service and operating manuals and the G315/G515/G615 brochure are published from the US 'Commercial Products - Discontinued' archive. As a boiler block it needs a field-supplied burner and external controls (aquastat, Logamatic 4000 or BMS), so no on-board fault-code table exists in the manual set.
