The Buderus G615 (Logano G615) is a discontinued commercial cast-iron sectional boiler block for oil, gas or combination burners, sold in eight sizes (570 to 1200) with 1,951 to 3,982 MBH gross output. Its manuals are in Bosch's US commercial-discontinued archive.
Series facts
The G615 is the largest Buderus cast-iron sectional block in the discontinued commercial archive, using Thermostream return-water mixing and built for forced-draft oil, gas or combination burners. Eight sizes are documented by boiler capacity - 570, 660, 740, 820, 920, 1020, 1110 and 1200 - with 9 to 16 sections, gross output from 1,951 to 3,982 MBH (570 to 1200 kW), net AHRI ratings of 1,697 to 3,463 MBH, gas input of 2,309 to 4,835 MBH, oil input of 9 to 16 GPH, net weights of 5,523 to 9,143 lb and water contents of 148.25 to 259.25 US gallons.
The G615 is discontinued: its installation/service and operating manuals plus the G315/G515/G615 brochure are published from the US 'Commercial Products - Discontinued' archive. It requires a field-supplied burner and external controls, so the manual set contains no on-board fault-code display. Note: the official technical table's unit labels for the flue-gas mass-flow rows are internally inconsistent (the rows are labelled °F but carry lb/s and kg/s values); Boilers.ca uses only the unambiguous output, input, weight and water rows.
