Bryan Free Flex 3000 in practice

Bryan's Free Flex 3000 submittal prints 600,000 BTU/hr low fire, 3,000,000 BTU/hr high fire and 2,820,000 BTU/hr high-fire output at 84 BHP, with 95% thermal efficiency and 94% combustion efficiency on natural gas only, 39 gallons of water volume and a 2500 lb approximate shipping weight.

The unit fires at full modulation with 5:1 burner turndown; the submittal prints 'Low NOx Emissions: Capable, Consult Factory'. Flows range from 67 gpm at 85°F ΔT (minimum) to 285 gpm at 20°F ΔT (maximum), and the dimensions table lists 75" high × 35" wide × 93" long with 3" Flange water outlet and inlet, 10" vent and air intake and a 2" gas inlet.

The heat exchanger is ASME stainless steel flexible watertube with field-replaceable tubes, MAWP 160 PSIG and 210°F maximum temperature, backed by a ten-year pressure vessel warranty and lifetime thermal shock warranty. Bryan publishes the parts manual and Concert control manual as public downloads. No official Canadian-sales statement was found.
