Fulton ENDURA EDR-750 in practice
The EDR-750 is the 750 MBH size of Fulton's ENDURA condensing boiler, built on a fully-wetted three-pass duplex-stainless firetube heat exchanger. The official Technical Data Sheet (EDR-PURE_TDS_221110) prints 750,000 BTU/hr rated input, a 90,000 BTU/hr low fire, 728,250 BTU/hr rated output at 97.1% thermal efficiency and 8:1 burner turndown, with 2" NPT water connections, a 1" NPT gas train inlet, a 6 in combustion-air inlet and a 6 in minimum flue vent.
The boiler holds 50 gal in the pressure vessel and weighs 1,430 lb dry and 1,848 lb operating. Fulton publishes the Endura I&O manual (EDR-PURE-IOM-260219), the TDS and the guide specification as public documents, and the line is designed for variable primary flow hydronic systems.
Best suited to
- Commercial hydronic loads near 750,000 BTU/hr input
- Plants wanting a high-water-volume firetube design tolerant of variable flow
- Retrofit boiler rooms needing a compact condensing footprint with low NOx
