The Epic EPB110N is the 110 MBH wall-mounted heating-only boiler of Lochinvar's Epic fire-tube condensing line. The printed submittal rating table lists 11-110 MBH input, 95% AFUE, 102 MBH DOE heating capacity and a 89 MBH net AHRI water rating at a piping and pickup allowance of 1.15, with a 1/2" gas connection, 1" water connection and 3" air and 3" vent sizes.

It is a heating-only boiler, so domestic hot water comes from a separate indirect tank or water heater. The Epic uses an ASME stainless steel heat exchanger, a universal vent adapter for PVC, polypropylene or stainless steel venting, 10:1 turndown and the SMART CONTROL with plain-language faults, and the product pages print a 10-year limited heat exchanger warranty with 5-year parts coverage.
