Noritz's EZ Series covers three condensing tankless water heaters designed for tank-replacement work: EZ71DV, EZ98DV and EZ111DV. Each is rated 0.98 UEF per the official product pages, with a 12,800 BTU/h minimum fire and maximum inputs of 160,000, 180,000 and 199,900 BTU/h respectively — the strongest efficiency ratings in Noritz's captured residential line.
All three share a 26.1" H × 18.1" W × 11.8" D cabinet weighing 60 lb, install indoors or outdoors, and connect to 120 VAC. Maximum flow runs 9.0 GPM on the EZ71DV, 9.8 on the EZ98DV and 11.1 on the EZ111DV, with temperature settings printed at 100–140°F and Steady BTU Mode operation; the line is positioned for replacing larger storage-tank units with a smaller wall-hung heater.
The EZ Series pages are Noritz's US/global product pages; Noritz's July 2025 blog announced a Vancouver, BC warehouse for Canadian wholesaler orders covering tankless water heaters and boilers but names the NRCB combi specifically. No Canadian availability statement was found on the EZ pages, so Canadian availability is recorded as unknown. The EZ Series is a domestic-hot-water line, not a combi: the EZ111DV and its siblings have no hydronic heating circuit.
