About the NCC Commercial Series Tankless Water Heaters

The NCC Commercial Series covers Noritz's commercial condensing tankless water heaters: the NCC199CDV, rated 0.98 UEF and firing 12,800 to 199,900 BTU/h with up to 11.1 GPM, and the NCC300DV, firing 15,000 to 300,000 BTU/h with up to 13.2 GPM (its page prints no UEF value). Both are commercial domestic-hot-water appliances with no space-heating circuit.

The NCC199CDV shares the residential chassis at 26.1" H × 18.1" W × 11.8" D and 62 lb with indoor-or-outdoor installation and 100–150°F settings (plus 160°F, 170°F and 185°F steps), while the NCC300DV is the larger commercial unit at 32.7" H × 18.9" W × 14.2" D and 110 lb, indoor only, with 100–185°F settings. Both use 120 VAC power.

Noritz positions the NCC line for commercial and multi-unit domestic hot water, and the pages are US/global product pages. No Canadian availability statement was found for the line, so Canadian availability is recorded as unknown. Noritz's July 2025 Vancouver warehouse announcement names the NRCB combi specifically, not the NCC line.
