About the T-M32 Commercial Series

The T-M32 is Takagi's Mobius-series commercial tankless water heater, described on the official specification sheet as a fully modulating, gas-fired, tankless on-demand water heater for heavy-duty commercial applications. It fires 24,000 to 240,000 BTU/h with printed thermal efficiency of 82.2% on natural gas and 83.9% on propane, delivering 0.5 to 9.0 GPM with 15–150 PSI water pressure.

The sheet prints dimensions of 23.6" H × 18.5" W × 8.9" D, a 56 lb weight, 4" O.D. Category III flue and optional 4" combustion-air intake, 3/4" NPT water/gas connections and a coil capacity of about 0.2 gallons. It is designed for indoor, outdoor or direct-vented installation, and multiple units can be combined in a system — the sheet also notes backwards compatibility with the earlier T-M1 model. Accessories include the TM-MC01 multi-unit controller, TM-RE30 remote control, TM-DV32 direct-vent conversion kit, pipe cover, vent cap and backflow preventer.

The T-M32 is a water heater, not a boiler: the sheet states it can supply domestic hot water systems or heating applications subject to local codes, but the appliance type is a tankless water heater and Takagi's catalogue contains no boiler line. The official product page for t-m32-n returns 404 today, while the specification sheet and the support spec-sheets page remain live; Boilers.ca documents the model from the specification sheet and records Canadian availability as unknown.
