The printed specifications table lists 8 gallons of boiler water, 24 sq ft of heating surface, 1-1/2 ft of boiler-side head loss, 1" domestic and 1-1/4" boiler connections, a 51" drywell and a 220 lb empty weight.

The performance table prints a 270 MBH boiler heating capacity, 110 gal/10 min peak flow, 410 gal/hr first-hour flow, 360 gal/hr continuous flow and a 18 gpm minimum circulator flow at 50°F domestic cold water inlet, 140°F domestic hot water outlet and 200°F boiler water supply.
