Verdict in brief
The ALTAC-136B and ALTAC-200 are the two Alta combis, both 95.0% AFUE with integrated DHW hydro blocks and Alta FastPipe headers. The 200 raises heating input from 13.6–120 to 20–150 MBH and DHW input from 13.6–136 to 20.0–200 MBH — DHW rate grows from 3.7 to 5.2 GPM at a 70°F rise — in the deeper 20.4 in chassis at 116 lb (the 136B is 16.3 in deep, 95 lb).

Both combis integrate the same DHW hydro block architecture — flat plate heat exchanger, boiler circulator, 3-way valve and instantaneous DHW flow sensor — with the Alta FastPipe primary/secondary header included and a Grundfos UPS-78 Special circulator. Both print 95.0% AFUE and carry the OneTouch control.
The 200 is the flagship: heating input 20–150 MBH for 141 MBH heating capacity and a 123 MBH net AHRI rating (the 136B prints 13.6–120 MBH, 113 MBH and 98 MBH), while DHW input reaches 20.0–200 MBH against the 136B's 13.6–136 MBH — the only printed 200 MBH figure in the six-model Alta table.
DHW delivery scales with the combis' inputs: the 200 prints 5.2 GPM at a 70°F rise (4.7 at 77°F) against the 136B's 3.7 (3.4 at 77°F). Physically the 200 is the larger chassis — 20.4 in deep and 116 lb versus 16.3 in and 95 lb — so the choice between them follows both the space-heating load and the household's simultaneous DHW demand.
The Burnham Alta Combi ALTAC-136B is the entry combi Alta: 13.6–120 MBH heating input with DHW input to 136 MBH, 3.7 GPM at a 70°F rise, 113 MBH heating capacity and a 98 MBH net AHRI rating at 95.0% AFUE.

The Burnham Alta Combi ALTAC-200 is the flagship Alta: 20–150 MBH heating input with DHW input to 200 MBH, 5.2 GPM at a 70°F rise, 141 MBH heating capacity and a 123 MBH net AHRI rating at 95.0% AFUE.
The ALTAC-200: 5.2 GPM at a 70°F rise (4.7 at 77°F) against the ALTAC-136B's 3.7 GPM (3.4 at 77°F), per the PDS ratings table.
Yes — Alta FastPipe primary/secondary piping (1-1/4" supply/return with a temperature/pressure gauge) is included on both combi models.
The ALTAC-200 is the larger chassis: 20.4 in deep at 116 lb, against the 136B's 16.3 in at 95 lb. Heating inputs are 20–150 vs 13.6–120 MBH and DHW inputs 20.0–200 vs 13.6–136 MBH.
