Bryan's submittals print the Free Flex 1000 at 200,000–999,000 BTU/hr input and 949,000 BTU/hr output, and the Free Flex 1500 at 300,000–1,500,000 BTU/hr input and 1,425,000 BTU/hr output. Both are 28/43 BHP respectively with 5:1 turndown and the same 95%/94% efficiency pair.

The physical step is substantial: shipping weight rises from 1,185 to 2,020 lb, height from 64" to 75", width from 29" to 35" and length from 72" to 80". Water volume grows from 20 to 27 gallons and water connections change from 3" Victaulic to 3" flanged.

Flow requirements scale with output: the 1000 ranges from 22 gpm at 85°F ΔT to 95 gpm at 20°F ΔT, while the 1500 runs from 34 to 143 gpm across the same ΔT span, so near-boiler piping and pump sizing must follow the larger model when selecting it.
