AERCO Benchmark 2500
The AERCO Benchmark 2500 (BMK 2500) is a condensing gas-fired firetube commercial boiler rated 2500 MBH maximum input and a 2175–2400 MBH output range in AERCO's published ratings table, at 93.5% thermal efficiency (87%–98% range), with 15:1 (7%) turndown and a 2000 lb dry weight.

AERCO Benchmark 2500 in practice
AERCO's Benchmark 750–6000 with Edge Controller TDS prints the BMK 2500 at 167 MBH minimum input, 2500 MBH maximum input and a 2175–2400 MBH output range (Max Output depends on application — see efficiency curves). Thermal efficiency at 80º–180ºF is 93.5% and the efficiency range for every row is 87%–98%.
The specifications table lists 15:1 (7%) turndown, a 2" NPT gas connection, a 4" flanged water connection, 2000 lb dry weight (2200 lb shipping) and dimensions of 28" wide × 56" deep × 78" high. The unit is ASME Section IV and runs on natural gas, propane or dual fuel.
The Benchmark uses a 439 stainless-steel firetube heat exchanger, an integrated O2 monitoring system with TComp air-temperature compensation, up to 20:1 turndown depending on capacity, on-board Boiler Sequencing Technology for plants of 2–16 boilers, and the Edge controller with BACnet/Modbus communications. AERCO's page copy notes NOx capability of 9 ppm or less at all firing rates depending on capacity. No official Canadian-sales statement was found, so canadianStatus stays unknown.
