Upper (supply) temperature sensor exceeds 210°F. If the water in the tank is not greater than 210°F check the wiring and repair if faulty; if the wiring is okay check the appropriate sensor with an ohmmeter and compare to the resistance chart - if the reading does not agree with the water temperature, replace the bad sensor. The table classifies it as Lockout (Manual Reset).
