IBC SFT-1 F014 — Heat exchanger temperature sensor mounting fault

The heat exchanger temperature is not changing while the unit is fired, which tells the controller the sensor may not be properly mounted on the heat exchanger or may be reading a wrong spot.

Why a code is not a diagnosis
The sensor can be loose, poorly seated, or reading through scale or fouling. The code is about sensor mounting/response rather than a dead circuit.
