IBC SFT-1 F028 — Reset button fault
F028
The controller detects the reset (wrench) button being activated unintentionally — for example pressed continuously by something leaning on the panel or during cleaning. It flags the input as suspect.

Why a code is not a diagnosis
The cause is usually physical (something pressing the button) or a failing control panel. The code does not distinguish.
