A notification that the DHW outlet temperature sensor reads as open or shorted. Unlike a fault, a notification usually appears without stopping normal operation, though the affected reading is unreliable.

Why a code is not a diagnosis
The sensor or its wiring may be faulty. This notification appears on controllers with software after version 1.80.
