IBC SFT-1 n040 — Cascade communication lost (notification)

A notification that a unit in a cascade has lost communication with its Leader. The cascade cannot coordinate firing while the link is down.

Why a code is not a diagnosis
The Leader may be off, parameter settings may be wrong, or the communication link may be broken. The notification does not say which.
Safe things to observe
- Check that the Leader unit is powered and not showing its own fault.
- Report the notification along with any other codes when you call.

- Do not change cascade settings yourself.
