Rinnai Q-Series

The Q-Series covered Rinnai's larger residential condensing boilers: the Q175CN combination model, which produces heat and domestic hot water, and four heating-only models, Q85SN, Q130SN, Q175SN and Q205SN, with central-heating capacities of 85,000, 130,000, 175,000 and 205,000 BTU/h. The pages describe the line as ideal for homes or light commercial applications, and each page prints its own minimum/maximum input bullets, weight, dimensions, gas connection and — on the combi — the maximum domestic hot water flow rate.

The Q pages are live on rinnai.ca but are not linked from the current condensing-boilers navigation, which lists only the IP-coded I-SERIES+ line, and there is no Q-series category page; Boilers.ca therefore records the line as a legacy generation with official pages remaining, the same treatment given to the older i- and M-Series. Page-print quirks are kept and flagged: the solo pages' maximum-input bullets print the truncated value "N (maximum)", and the Q175CN's unlabelled 175,000 BTU maximum bullet matches its printed central-heating capacity rather than a separate DHW figure.

The Q pages are natural-gas models and print Residential ENERGY STAR and SCAQMD Ultra Low NOx rows. No AFUE percentage, turndown, venting length or water-content figure is printed on the orphaned pages, so none is recorded here. Owners should match manuals, parts and service literature to the model code on the rating plate rather than to current I-SERIES+ documents.
