The IP060S and IP090S are the two smallest I-Series+ solos and are twins except for firing range: both weigh 62.6 lb in the small chassis with 0.75 gal of water, a 15 MBH minimum fire and identical 75 ft / 160 ft venting. Both models are heating-only condensing solos on the same small chassis: 62.6 lb, 18.5 x 11.5 in, 0.75 gal of CH water, 15,000 BTU/h minimum input, 75 equivalent feet of 2" twin-pipe venting (160 ft in 3") and identical 3/4" NPT gas with 1" NPT heating connections. Neither produces domestic hot water internally.
The only published difference is maximum heating input: 60,000 BTU/h on the IP060S against 90,000 BTU/h on the IP090S. Because the minimum fire is identical, both track mild weather the same way; the extra 30 MBH on the 90 model is ceiling for design-day loads.
