Both combis share the FTVN platform at 95% AFUE with integrated DHW plates and the same 1 1/4" NPT CH and 3/4" DHW connections. The 150C fires 15 to 150 MBH at 128.5 lb; the 199C fires 19.9 to 199 MBH at 140.5 lb, so the 199C adds roughly 49 MBH of heating ceiling for 12 lb.

The NTI Trinity FTVN199C is the largest FTVN combi: heating at 19.9 to 199 MBH input with 4.8 GPM continuous DHW at a 77°F rise, rated 95% AFUE. Its 2" venting terms follow NTI technical bulletin 2022-10-26, so plan on 3" pipe.
For DHW, yes — 4.8 GPM against 3.6 GPM continuous at a 77°F rise. The heating side must also justify 199 MBH and a 19.9 MBH minimum fire, since oversizing reduces steady condensing in mild weather.
Both allow 2" to 100 ft and 3" to 150 ft in the manual, but the 199C's 2" terms follow NTI technical bulletin 2022-10-26, so its installation should be planned on 3" pipe.
