Operating temperature sensor detects water temperature greater than 203°F (95°C). The error goes away when the DHW temperature decreases; during the error the pump operates to cool the boiler until the temperature is below 192°F. If it happens again: check whether dip switch High Fire setting is ON (switches 6 and 7 should be OFF for normal operation); check whether the DHW inlet pipe is blocked and ensure enough water flows; check the DHW sensor at the DHW outlet (if resistance is zero, replace it); check the operating temperature sensor at the heat exchanger (if resistance is zero, replace it); if the problem persists replace the main control. The table classifies it as Error (Soft/Hard Lockout).
