HTP UFTC-140F in practice
The UFTC-140F is one of the four UFT Combi configurations (UFTC-140/199 in wall "W" or floor "F" mount) documented on HTP's retired UFT Combination documents page. LP-648 Table 8 prints 14,000-140,000 BTU/hr central-heating input, 14,000-140,000 BTU/hr DHW input, 96% AFUE, 140 lb floor-model weight, a 19" W x 45" H x 17" D cabinet, DHW flows of 7.1 / 5.5 / 3.2 GPM at 35 / 45 / 77°F rise and 1 gal storage tank + 4 gal heat exchanger (5 gal total).
The UFT Combi uses an ASME 'H' stamped 316L stainless steel fire-tube heat exchanger with an internal 316L stainless steel indirect storage tank, a 10:1 modulating burner, a built-in low water cut-off, an installed internal pump and the NGTX-900C / P-920C_CB-HTP control. It vents as a Category IV sealed-combustion appliance in 2" (50 ft) or 3" (100 ft) pipe, connects CH at 1" NPT, DHW at 3/4" NPT and gas at 3/4" NPT, and carries a 10-year limited warranty. The LP-646 submittal prints up to 96% AFUE.
The UFT Combi is retired: the official documents page states verbatim 'This products has been discontinued, please see the below documentation for support.' and the discontinued index lists 'UFT Combi Boiler - Wall & Floor'. Boilers.ca records it with productStatus 'discontinued' and canadianStatus 'unknown'; no official Canadian sales statement was found.
