About the UFT Combi (discontinued)

The UFT Combi is documented on HTP's retired UFT Combination documents page, which states verbatim 'This products has been discontinued, please see the below documentation for support.' The mktlit-115 brochure and LP-648 Table 8 print four configurations — UFTC-140 and UFTC-199 in wall ('W') or floor ('F') mount — with DHW inputs of 14,000-140,000 (140) or 19,000/19,900-199,000 (199) BTU/hr, boiler inputs of 14,000-140,000 (140) or 19,900-140,000 as shipped (199, increasable to 199,000 with a larger external pump), 95-96% AFUE and DHW flows of 7.1/5.5/3.2 GPM (140) or 9.9/7.7/4.8 GPM (199) at 35/45/77°F rises.

LP-648 Table 8 supplies the model-record rows: weights (110/120 lb wall, 140/150 lb floor), dimensions, 1" NPT CH and 3/4" NPT DHW connections, 3/4" NPT gas, CH 12-30 PSI and DHW 150 PSI maximum pressures, 2" (50 ft) or 3" (100 ft) venting, 1/1.5-gallon internal storage tanks with 4/3.5-gallon heat exchangers and the NGTX-900C / P-920C_CB-HTP control. The LP-646 submittal adds an ASME 'H' stamped 316L stainless steel heat exchanger, an internal 316L stainless steel indirect storage tank, a 10:1 modulating burner, a built-in low water cut-off, an installed internal pump and a 10-year limited warranty.

The UFT Combi is retired: the discontinued index lists 'UFT Combi Boiler - Wall & Floor' and the official documents page carries the discontinued wording above. Boilers.ca records the line with productStatus 'discontinued' and canadianStatus 'unknown'; no official Canadian sales statement was found. Service an installed unit with a licensed contractor against LP-648.
