The NRCB is a residential condensing combination boiler that combines domestic hot water and space heating in one wall-hung unit: Noritz's official NRCB hub page calls it "the first combination boiler on the market that can simultaneously provide domestic and space heating," so a shower does not pull heat from the rooms. The series has two models — the NRCB180DV (GHQ-C2801WX-FF US) and the NRCB199DV (GHQ-C3201WX-FF US) — both rated 95.0% AFUE, both firing from an 18,000 BTU/h minimum, with DHW input to 180,000 or 199,900 BTU/h and space-heating input to 100,000 or 120,000 BTU/h.
Noritz builds the NRCB around 316L stainless steel primary and secondary heat exchangers and a fully modulating premix burner that the product pages state emits about 14 ppm of nitrogen oxides, below the South Coast Air Quality Management District's 20 ppm limit. Both models share the same cabinet at 27" high by 18.5" wide by 12.8" deep and weigh 95 lb, with built-in outdoor reset control and outdoor temperature sensor included, an internal pump and a remote thermostat.
The NRCB is the combi Noritz named when it opened its Vancouver, BC warehouse for Canadian wholesaler orders effective August 1, 2025, and the official installation manual (SBB80UB-5, Rev. 04/21) covers the United States and Canada together — CSA B149.1 installation and ULC S636-certified plastic venting in Canada — with the spec sheet citing an ANSI Z21.13/CSA 4.9 certified design. Purchases run through wholesaler-distributors; Boilers.ca found no Canadian CRN registration numbers or Canadian warranty terms on noritz.com.

The official US spec sheet prints a 10-year limited heat exchanger warranty for residential use and a 5-year limited parts warranty. Noritz does not state Canadian warranty terms on noritz.com, so Boilers.ca lists no warranty claim for Canada — confirm terms with the distributor or manufacturer's representative before purchase.
