The Trinity TFT was NTI's wall-hung condensing boiler line for residential and light-commercial work, spanning the TFT60 through TFT399 with a stainless steel down-fired fire-tube heat exchanger. NTI lists the TFT as discontinued; the platform carried over into the current TFTN flagship line, and every size is now documented here from the 99984535 I&O manual's rating table.

The discontinued TFT page positions the series for residential and light-commercial applications with a high-performance stainless steel down-fired fire-tube heat exchanger, stainless internal piping and venting, integrated low-water cut-off and top-and-bottom water connections. The Trinity Tft 60-399 Installation and Operation Instructions (99984535, V.2024-04-08) documents the eight sizes now on this site: TFT60, TFT85, TFT110 and TFT154 in the compact cabinet, TFT201 and TFT285 at the 1-1/4" water-connection step, and TFT340 and TFT399 with the 1-1/2" water and 3/4" gas connections.
Table 2-1 of the manual rates the line from 17–60 MBH input on the TFT60 up to 39.9–399 MBH on the TFT399, with DOE heating capacities of 56 to 380 MBH and Net I=B=R ratings of 48 to 330 MBH. Efficiency is printed as 95% AFUE through the TFT285 and 95.4% thermal efficiency on the TFT340/TFT399, where the manual notes AFUE is not applicable above 299 MBH. The discontinued page's spec table carries the same eight models and adds the NG/LP input rows, weights and vent-run limits reproduced on each model page.
The TFTN product page describes the current line as built on the same platform as the market-leading TFT with a redesigned control, which makes the discontinued TFT the reference generation for technicians servicing older NTI wall-hung units. NTI still hosts the TFT submittals, quick-start guide and the TFT300-399 common-vent manifold documentation, and the 99984535 manual also carries the control's complete hold, lockout and alert tables.
