About the BFIT

Bryan's BFIT page describes the line as 'big outfit designed to fit' — 'unprecedented output in minimal space, serviceability, and accommodates both variable flow or primary/secondary piping'. The page prints inputs of 400, 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500 and 4000 MBH, all 97% thermal efficient, and states the design averages '46% less space than competitors' with models 400–2000 fitting through standard doorways.

The published submittal data sheets print per-model ratings: input low/high fire, output high fire, boiler horsepower, recovery rate, thermal/combustion efficiency, heating surface, water volume, fuel, firing mode, turndown, NOx, gas pressures, shipping weight, dimensions, water/vent/air/gas connections and electrical draw. Boilers.ca documents six sizes from those official submittals.

The BFIT uses a stainless steel heat exchanger, ASME Section IV 'H' stamp at 160 PSIG / 210°F, the Concert control with EMS communications, and a 10-year limited pressure vessel warranty; Bryan publishes the I&O, parts and control manuals as public downloads. The BFITW Series applies the same platform to commercial condensing water heaters (400–4,000 MBH), documented separately as a DHW-only line.
