Return sensor failure. The return temperature sensor of the boiler has failed. Check circulator pump operation and ensure adequate flow by confirming less than a 50°F rise from the return thermistor to the supply thermistor in the status menu. Troubleshoot the thermistor by following the F02 steps. The table classifies it as Lockout (Manual Reset).
