Maintenance is now required based on hours of use, and the controller has limited domestic hot-water output until it is performed. Heating may continue normally.

Why a code is not a diagnosis
The controller is enforcing a maintenance interval, not reporting a specific fault. The limit lifts after the maintenance is done and the timer reset.
