New Yorker GHE-II H21 — Fuel Gas Fault
H21
Fuel Gas Fault. The flame signal deviated from the setpoint too high at a specific firing rate, or the gas valve is defective, so the boiler holds; listed causes are no gas or insufficient gas supply pressure and an unstable flame signal at a specific firing rate. The table classifies it as Hold.
If you smell gas
- Stop what you are doing. Do not use phones, switches, matches or anything that can spark inside.
- Go outside and leave the door open behind you.
- Call the FortisBC 24-hour emergency line at 1-800-663-9911 or dial 911.
