The IBC EX 700 is a floor-standing commercial condensing boiler rated 70–700 MBH input and 679 MBH output at 97.0% thermal efficiency, with a 6" flue, 2½" NPT-M water connections and 120 equivalent feet of vent per side.

IBC EX 700 in practice
The EX 700 covers 70–700 MBH CSA input (20.5–205 kW) with 679 MBH CSA output (199 kW) at 97.0% thermal efficiency to ANSI/AHRI-1500. It is the first EX size to move to the larger connection group: a 6" Schedule 40 flue and 2½" NPT-M water connections, with combustion air supplied through a 4" collar that IBC requires to transition to 6" within three feet.
Vent length is capped at 120 equivalent feet per side — shorter than the EX 400/500's 170 feet — with direct-vent or indoor air supply. The unit weighs approximately 486 lb (220 kg) empty, has 84.6 ft² (7.86 m²) of heating surface and holds 17.5 USG (66.3 L) of water, the largest vessel in the line, with an 18 USgpm minimum flow against the series' 100 USgpm maximum.
The EX 700 shares the series' touchscreen control, remote access, multi-boiler communication and 10:1 turndown, and its 160 psig maximum operating pressure rating comes with a supplied 50 psig relief valve (30, 100, 125 and 150 psig alternatives are available). The EX I&O manual is 120-327E10.
