Earlier generations of the Vitodens 200-W sold in Canada — the WB2A and WB2B wall-hung boilers, then the B2HA and B2HB, including models 19, 26 and 35 — are documented under Viessmann Canada's Historic manuals. Seven model records cover the WB2B printed rating table from 31-67 to 104-370 MBH; this hub also flags the heat-exchanger replacement safety notice that covers B2HB units built from September 1, 2014 to April 25, 2017.
Series facts
The legacy Vitodens 200-W generations sold in Canada — WB2A and WB2B and, later, B2HA and B2HB, including model numbers 19, 26 and 35 — are discontinued. Their installation and service instructions and technical data manuals remain available under Viessmann Canada's Historic manuals downloads, and the B2HB codes also appear in the mixed technical table on the current B2HA product page. The B2HB generation is additionally documented with its own series record and five model records on Boilers.ca.
The WB2B generation's technical data manual prints seven sizes — WB2B-19, -26, -35, -45, -60, -80 and -105 — covering 31-67 to 104-370 MBH natural gas input at 96.1% AFUE, with a printed 94.5% thermal efficiency (ANSI Z21.13/CSA 4.9) on the WB2B-105. Those seven models are documented on Boilers.ca. The older WB2A generation (models WB2 6-24C, 6-24, 8-32, 11-44 and 15-60) is covered here at the series level; its technical data manual's text layer is not machine-readable in the captured copy, so no per-model records were created for it.
Safety notice: B2HB units manufactured between September 1, 2014 and April 25, 2017 fall under Viessmann Canada's voluntary heat-exchanger replacement notice. Owners should locate the boiler's 16-digit serial number and check it against the recall page, then contact Viessmann (recall@viessmann.ca or 1-888-414-9157) if the unit is affected. Fault codes on the legacy controls are not the same as the current B2HE F.xx set; the earlier service instructions define their own code tables, so match any code to the unit's own manual generation before calling for service.
