Camus DynaFlame DFH 1100 (Non-Condensing Heating) in practice

Per the official DynaFlame spec sheet (99-0143 Rev 01), the DFH 1100 is rated 1100 MBTU/hr input and 935 MBTU/hr output with a 640 lb approximate shipping weight. It connects through the range's vertical cylindrical watertube heat exchanger — 439 stainless steel, 6-pass, 160 psig working pressure — and vents in category i or iii non-condensing configuration.

The model is a non-condensing appliance: the spec sheet prints up to 85% thermal efficiency with a 3:1 turndown ratio (minimum 35% firing rate) and light-off at no more than 50% input. Electrical draw is 7 A at 115 V single-phase, and the vent-diameter table prints Cat. I 10", Cat. III up to 50 ft 6", Cat. III up to 100 ft 8" and outdoor 6".
