The product page lists the FTG1200 through FTG2400 (120–1200 to 235–2350 MBH input at 96.1% to 95.2% thermal efficiency), while the FTG Installation and Operation Manual documents the complete FTG600 to FTG2400 family — including the FTG600 and FTG800, now covered with their own model pages.

Thermal efficiency per the NTI product page: 96.1% on the FTG1200, falling to 95.2% on the FTG2400. The page omits the FTG600 and FTG800; the FTG I&O manual's Table 2-2 adds them at 96% (FTG600) and 95% (FTG800) thermal efficiency with 97%/96% combustion efficiency.
NTI describes the FTG as a stainless steel high efficiency fire tube commercial boiler featuring a dynamic multiple heat exchanger design with a single blower, gas valve and burner, a user-friendly touchscreen display, an integrated low-water cut-off and combustion air filter, CSD-1-compliant control and advanced cascade settings in a sealed cabinet. The product page's spec table lists the FTG1200, FTG1400, FTG2000, FTG2200 and FTG2400 as indoor floor-standing units with inputs from 120–1200 MBH up to 235–2350 MBH and thermal efficiency from 96.1% down to 95.2%.
The page's own copy says the FTG "ranges from 800 MBH to 2,350 MBH", yet its spec table omits the FTG600 and FTG800. The FTG Installation and Operation Manual (99985422, V.2024-06-28) documents those two sizes in full: the FTG600 at 80–600 MBH input, 576 MBH heating capacity and 500 MBH Net I=B=R at 96% thermal efficiency, and the FTG800 at 80–800 MBH, 760 MBH and 660 MBH at 95% thermal efficiency, both with 97%/96% combustion efficiency and 930 lb with water. Boilers.ca now carries the FTG600 and FTG800 as model pages sourced from the manual's Tables 2-1 and 2-2.
On the page's five listed sizes NTI specifies 3 in grooved water connections on inlet and outlet, an 8 in air inlet and 8 in flue each running up to 150 ft, and gas connections stepping from 1 1/4 in NPT female (FTG1200/1400) to 1 1/2 in NPT male (FTG2000 and up). The manual adds the FTG600/800 with a 1 in NPT gas connection, a 3 in grooved inlet and 2 in grooved outlet and 6 in air/flue connections; page weights (1,210 lb for the FTG1200/1400 and 1,710 lb for the FTG2000/2200/2400) are unqualified against "with water" figures of 1,500 lb and 2,140 lb in the manual. The I&O manual calls for a 10% input derate at Canadian altitudes of 2,000 to 4,500 ft, and the line vents in PVC, CPVC or polypropylene. For Greater Vancouver, FTG sizes are chosen from a plant-demand calculation rather than building area, and the page also prints the series' warranty terms in residential and commercial columns.
