Triangle Tube Prestige Solo 110
The Prestige Solo 110 fires 20 to 110 MBH at 95% AFUE in the same 103 lb, 19 3/4-inch-wide cabinet as the Solo 80 — historically the best-known Prestige size, spanning the MCBA (gen-1) through CTRLMax generations. Discontinued with the November 3, 2025 cessation.

Triangle Tube Prestige Solo 110 in practice
The Solo 110 shares its cabinet, weight, water volume and connections with the Solo 80 but lifts the firing range to 20 to 110 MBH, rated 95% AFUE with 5.5:1 turndown, 102 MBH DOE capacity and an 89 MBH net AHRI rating. It is also the size with the longest paper trail: the 2009-era manual covered a 'Prestige Solo 110' on the older MCBA control, and PT110/PTA and PA110 serial ranges of the 2011-2019 generations appear in the Health Canada recall tables.
For the installed base the Solo 110 spans several control generations, so the manual and fault-code reference must match the unit's own generation — MCBA-era units differ from the later CTRLMax control documented in the 2019 manual. Triangle Tube ceased operations November 3, 2025; this model is documented for the installed base.
Best suited to
- Homes whose heat-loss calculation sits in the 80 to 110 MBH band
- Owners matching parts and manuals across the long Solo 110 production history
- Installations that need the extra firing headroom without a bigger cabinet

Frequently asked questions
How do I check whether my Prestige Solo 110 is on the recall?
Check the serial prefix on the Boiler Rating Label. Health Canada's table for this model lists PT110 and PT110LP (December 2011-December 2015), PT110LC (January-December 2012) and PA110 (December 2015-April 2019). Confirm against the official recall list on the recall website referenced on this page.
Does the Solo 110 use the same control as newer Prestige models?
Not necessarily. The earliest Solo 110 units ran an MCBA control, the 2011-2015 generation used the TriMax control, and the 2019-era manual documents the CTRLMax control. Parts, conversions and fault-code references must be matched to the generation shown on the unit.
