Triangle Tube Prestige Solo 155
The Prestige Solo 155 modulates from 27.8 to 153 MBH at 95% AFUE — the model number reads 155 but the maximum input is 153 MBH — adding 15 lb and stepping the connections up to 1 1/4" supply/return versus the smaller Solo sizes. Discontinued with the November 3, 2025 cessation.

Triangle Tube Prestige Solo 155 in practice
The Solo 155 was added to the Prestige line in the generation update that also brought the 299 and replaced the 60 with the 80, per Triangle Tube's 2019 marketing. Its published range is 27.8 to 153 MBH at 95% AFUE with 5.5:1 turndown, 142 MBH DOE capacity and a 123 MBH net AHRI rating — note that the '155' name overstates the true 153 MBH ceiling, which is exactly why sizing follows the spec table rather than the model number.
Physically the 155 steps up from the smaller sizes: 118 lb against 103 lb, 4 gallons of water volume against 2.1, and 1 1/4" supply/return connections with a 3/4" gas connection, all in the same 19 3/4"-wide cabinet with 3" vent/air piping. Triangle Tube ceased operations November 3, 2025; this model is documented for the installed base.
Best suited to
- Homes whose heat-loss calculation lands between the 110 and the 175 sizes
- Radiator systems whose flow needs the larger 1 1/4" supply/return connections
- Replacing mid-size older boilers where the 19 3/4" cabinet width fits the wall

Frequently asked questions
Why is the Solo 155 called 155 when it fires to 153 MBH?
The Prestige marketing names follow rounded sizes, and the spec table is the authority: the Solo 155 fires 27.8 to 153 MBH while the Solo 175 fires 30.9 to 170 MBH. Only the Instinct series model numbers match their full firing rates.
What connections does the Solo 155 use?
The product page lists 1 1/4" supply/return connections and a 3/4" gas connection, with 3" vent/air diameter — a step up from the 1" and 1/2" fittings of the Solo 80 and 110.
