It is a condensing boiler on a stainless steel coil heat exchanger (ASME Section IV) with the outdoor-reset Sage2.X touchscreen control; its minimum/maximum inputs give 5:1 modulation, and inputs are identical on natural gas and propane (ships NG with a field LP-conversion kit).
