IBC DC 15-95 in practice
The DC 15-95 sat just above the smallest DC combi, covering 15–95 MBH CSA input (4.4–27.8 kW) for 14.4–85.5 MBH output (4.2–25.0 kW) at 95% AFUE. Like the rest of the line it was a wall-hung combination boiler with a 43.5 psig space-heating coil and a 150 psig domestic-hot-water coil, shipped with a 30 psig relief valve.
Its DHW side allows a maximum flow of 3.0 USgpm, with activation at 0.5 USgpm and DHW temperatures of 104–149°F. The unit weighs 97 lb (44 kg), holds 0.37 USG (1.4 L) and draws 128 W at full fire with the internal pump; maximum boiler flow is 10 USgpm and the minimum is 2 USgpm.
The 15-95 is one of the models covered by DC I&O manual 120-183-A-R11 (April 2020). Venting is 120 equivalent feet in 3" or 35 feet in 2" per side, and the DC Series is discontinued, with documentation retained on IBC's Technical Information Portal.
