Outlet temperature exceeded 210F or temperature sensor safety test failed. The control measured outlet water temperature above 210F or flagged a temperature sensor safety test failure on the inlet/outlet sensors; listed causes are air in the system, a plugged return filter, a failed or unpowered internal circulator, a blocked plate heat exchanger or indirect tank circuit, improper piping or boiler commissioning, damaged or malfunctioning temperature sensors, an interrupted safety circuit, and an inlet/outlet sensor fault. The table classifies it as Blocking (Manual Reset).
