The Instinct 199S floor version (INSFS199S) is the largest heating-only Instinct: 24.875 to 199 MBH at 95% AFUE with 184 MBH DOE capacity in a 169 lb floor cabinet. Discontinued with the November 3, 2025 cessation.

Triangle Tube Instinct 199S (floor) in practice
The INSFS199S closes the top of the Instinct solo range in the floor form factor: 24,875 to 199,000 BTU/h at 95% AFUE with an 8:1 turndown, 184 MBH DOE capacity and a 159 MBH net AHRI rating, standing 41" tall in the 22"-square cabinet at 169 lb. It is the largest heating-only model in the entire Instinct line.
As with the wall 199S, the page prints no 2" vent run for this size — the 3" maximum is 100 ft — so installations plan around 3" venting. The floor package keeps the 1" MNPT supply/return (1 1/4" FPT with the 548 Caleffi Separator), 3/4" MNPT gas connection and up-to-six-boiler cascade capability of the floor line. Triangle Tube ceased operations November 3, 2025; this model is documented for the installed base.
