A follower boiler is missing from the BUS, so set the Boiler Address to Single Boiler if this is a stand-alone boiler, inspect the BUS wiring for damage or shorts (it is polarity sensitive), and ensure power is on for all cascade boilers. The table classifies it as Warning.
